How do I place an order?
Visit the Custom Order Request Tab.  If I'm currently taking orders fill out the order request form. I will email you with your price quote. Also check your spam folder for price quote.  Please note that I will not respond to order inquiries that do not fall within the dates that are noted.


Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet?
Yes. You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme for a $20 nonrefundable deposit.  Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up.  Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.

When is payment due?
Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full or have a $20 nonrefundable deposit until the theme has been decided. For very large orders I require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

Can I freeze your cookies?
Yes. My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like.  To freeze if your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them.  DO NOT open the box until the cookies are completely thawed.  This is the most important step, opening the box may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
